Gene is the founder of SCG and has led the firm for over 30 years. He has over forty years of experience in the industry and serves as the Principal-In-Charge for the majority of the firm's work. As President, he supports a work culture that centers on client satisfaction and employee retention.
His expertise includes program management, mechanical engineering and commissioning. His specialties include indoor air quality investigations and remediation, energy conservation, and geothermal system design.

Stuart has over 30 years of experience providing structural expertise and project management for clients. He is a Seismic Specialist and expert in Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection and Blast Resistant Design. Stuart leads the natural disaster assessment practice for the firm.
Stuart's specialties include designs using steel, concrete, timber, and composite systems. As a project manager, he is an active participant in all stages of a project including, but not limited to, managing a team of engineers, overseeing project schedules and budgets, and meeting with clients. Stuart excels at value engineering concepts and controlling project costs to meet strict budget requirements.

Todd has led the electrical team at SCG for over 25 years. He has served as the Electrical Principal and Project Manager for diverse project types of varying complexity throughout the U.S.
Todd has a variety of expertise including power distribution, lighting design, fire alarm, lighting control systems, emergency power systems, uninterruptible power supply systems, system analysis, telecommunications systems, and medium voltage distribution with a focus on life cycle cost on a budget. He has a diverse level of project experience in healthcare, higher education, sports & recreation, K-12, government facilities, laboratory, mission critical, and LEED design.

Joe is experienced in the design, construction, and operations of chiller/boiler plants, geothermal systems, various types of hydronic and HVAC systems, and the integration and operation of various types of energy management systems with a focus on life cycle cost on a budget. He has a diverse level of project experience in healthcare, higher education, sports & recreation, K-12, government facilities, laboratory, mission critical, and LEED design.
Joe has a strong understanding of building energy use and system controls. His experience with project oversight and collaboration with Commissioning Agents on large, complex project designs provides a unique perspective to the commissioning process.
