This new facility at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Jefferson Davis Campus, houses programs for Hospitality and Tourism Management, Culinary Arts and Related Foods, Business and Marketing Management and other related studies. Building designs include four kitchens, a production kitchen with a large 145 guest capacity dining hall, a demonstration kitchen with tiered seating, a mock hotel room and front desk, conference space for 400 people, four computer labs, six classrooms, student lockers and changing facilities and work and office spaces.
