This project includes a new 125,000 square foot senior living community in Biloxi, Mississippi.  The facility includes 135 efficiency apartments and 74 one-bedroom apartments, housed within two 6-story towers.  A central building, situated between the two towers will provide housing support facilities, administrative offices, laundry rooms, kitchen, vending areas, an assembly room, lounges, a mail room, and public toilets.  The new complex replaces the previous 13-story facility which was destroyed by Hurricane Karina in 2005.
