Schmidt Consulting Group, Inc. is providing design services for the new Technical Lab/Classroom addition at Navarre High School.

MECHANICAL / PLUMBING

HVAC Design

HVAC Mechanical and plumbing design included a DX split system heat pump system. Plumbing for domestic and sanitary water was completed.  The addition included a water closet, lavatory, and shower, with associated drains and fixtures.

ELECTRICAL

Electrical design was completed for lighting and associated fixtures, power/data/phone receptacles, and connections to HVAC equipment.  An existing main electrical wall panel was used, with a new feeder connected. 

 

COMMUNICATIONS

Communications design included additions to the fire alarm system and intercom system.
