Schmidt Consulting Group actively supports the following charitable organizations:
The Bahama Habitat is a non-profit disaster relief and emergency repair outreach ministry to the Islands of Abaco, Andros, Cat Island, Current Island, Eleuthera, Grand Bahama, Inagua, Harbour Island, Ragged Island, and New Providence (Nassau).
In addition, this organization is relieving Haitians that were disrupted by the earthquake by providing much needed disaster relief. The Haiti Earthquake Relief effort, through the volunteer work of pilots, like our own Gene Schmidt, have delivered to date over 125,000 pounds of medical supplies and food, as well as critical medical personnel and equipment to Haiti’s outlying airports
Milk & Honey Outreach Ministries
Milk & Honey is a community-based non-profit organization that provides early intervention programs for at-risk children and youth in Pensacola’s inner city. The goals of Milk and Honey are to provide comprehensive capacity enhancement services for "at-risk" children and youth in neighborhood settings to increase student performance particularly in reading, math, and computer skills and to prepare students for college and careers by enhancing communication and leadership skills. In addition, children are exposed to a variety of art, cultural, and educational facilities and experiences to expand their horizons.
Future 4 Haiti
Future 4 Haiti is a non-profit Christian organization dedicated to supporting the children of Ouanaminthe, Haiti. The organization is a coalition of individuals, churches, corporations, or anyone who has a heart for helping the less fortunate. Future 4 Haiti supports the Sur Le Rocher organization which provides a home for the abandoned children of the region where they can receive the proper shelter, nourishment, medical care, and education that they deserve. College Sur Le Rocher is a primary school that provides education free of charge to the children of Ouanaminthe who otherwise would not receive any formal schooling.
