The Clinical Services Building (Heart Hospital) is located along the river on Baptist Health’s current downtown Jacksonville campus. The building provided an additional 90 plus beds for the cardiac care unit, eight additional surgical suites, and an enhanced and enlarged emergency department. The 200,000 square foot addition expands the downtown campus to nearly a million square feet.

 

Schmidt Consulting Group, Inc. provided Communications design services for the project including the structured cabling system, telephone system, data network, audio-visual system, video surveillance systems, public address, and video distribution systems.
