Completed in April of 2000, Spanish Key Condominium is a mid-rise resort that stands eight-stories high and is located on 500 feet of the Gulf of Mexico in Perdido Key, Florida. The condo is approximately 181,000 square feet with a total of seventy-five units. Each of the three- and four-bedroom residences are complete with a master bath garden tub, wet bar, and washer/dryer connections. Schmidt Consulting Group, Inc. provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for the project.
