The Jackson County School Board had an urgent need to submit plans for a new high school to the state to secure funding before the end of the fiscal year. Schmidt Consulting Group, Inc. worked closely with the Board and the Architect to deliver site-adapted construction documents in less than eight weeks.

The HVAC systems use closed-circuit hybrid geothermal heat exchangers for heating and cooling coupled to individual water-source heat pumps serving each thermal zone. The geothermal heat exchanger consists of 308 wells.
