Mr. Schmidt serves as the President and Mechanical/Plumbing Principal for SCG. He has over thirty-one years experience as a mechanical engineer, primarily in HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing design. Specialties include indoor air quality investigations and remediation, energy conservation, and geothermal system design. Mr. Schmidt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and has active registrations in the states of Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, California, South Carolina, and Mississippi. He is Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) and is also a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) and a LEED Accredited Professional with several successful projects completed through certification. Energy calculations, fundamental and enhanced commissioning services, and LEED documentation were included in the services delivered to clients. |

| Mr. Smith serves as a Senior Vice President and Structural Principal for SCG. He has over twenty-six years experience as a structural engineer. This experience includes high wind load analysis, and design of steel, concrete, timber and composite systems. His broad base of structural engineering project experience includes the structural design and inspection of numerous Municipal, Educational, Military, Industrial, and Commercial projects. Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Structures from the University of Arizona and has active registrations in the states of Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, and Mississippi. He is a Registered Special Inspector in the State of Florida and an International Code Council Building Inspector. Mr. Smith is also a LEED Accredited Professional. |

Mr. Nicholson serves as a Senior Vice President and Electrical/Communications Principal for SCG. He has over seventeen years experience as an electrical engineer. This experience includes computer simulation and design of lighting, power, fire alarm, and telecommunications systems for numerous Municipal, Educational, and Commercial projects. Mr. Nicholson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Mercer University and has active registrations in the states of Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, and South Carolina. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional. Todd was responsible for the electrical design on a project that was recently awarded LEED Gold Certification and has several projects seeking certification. Lighting calculations and LEED documentation were included in the services delivered to clients. |
