Hurlburt Field is a U.S. Air Force installation located in Okaloosa County, Florida, immediately west of the Town of Mary Esther and is part of the greater Eglin Air Force Base reservation, It is home to Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), the 1st Special Operations Wing (1 SOW), the USAF Special Operations School (USAFSOS) and the Air Education and Training Command's (AETC) 505th Command and Control Wing. The installation is nearly 6,700 acres and employs nearly 8,000 military personnel.

Schmidt Consulting Group, Inc. established its relationship with Hurlburt Field in 1991. We have provided design services for a number of renovation/addition projects at Hurlburt, as well as for new construction. The following are select projects:
