The condominium features upscale units with ceramic tile, designer interiors, washer/dryer, and Gulfside floor-to-ceiling glass. Special property amenities include two pools, (one is heated), separated by a bridge and waterfalls, a Gulfside fitness room with dry sauna and spa, and outside showers. The completed construction cost was over $15,000,000. Schmidt Consulting Group, Inc. provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical design services.
